Most maintenance work starts with something small that has been left: a patch of blown plaster, a cracked render panel, a wall that needs making good after a leak. Dealt with early these are straightforward. Left alone they tend to turn into the bigger job nobody wanted.
For landlords the useful part is having one number for the trades we cover, and someone who will go and look between tenancies rather than only when something has already failed. Making good after other trades — the mess left behind when a boiler moves or a bathroom comes out — is a large part of it.
Because plastering, brickwork and rendering are all in-house, most of these jobs get done by the same people who would do them at full scale, at the size the job actually needs.

Yes, including between tenancies where the work needs turning round quickly. Repeat work across a few properties is straightforward to arrange.
Can you make good after another trade?
Yes, and it is one of the more common calls. Once the plumber or electrician has finished, the walls and ceilings usually need patching and bringing back to a decorating finish.
How quickly can you come out?
