Who we are

When the quote form is connected, it will ask for your name and phone number, with optional email address, postcode or area, preferred timescale and project photographs. We will also receive whatever you tell us about the job.
If you call or email us instead, we receive the contact details and information you include in that message.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand the work, respond to you and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry out the job. We do not sell or rent your details, and we will not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Photos you send us
Photos attached to a quote request are used to understand the job. We will not publish a photograph of your property on this website, social media or elsewhere without asking you first.
Who else sees it
Information may be processed by the suppliers used to run the website, email and form submissions, acting on our instructions. If another trade is needed for a job, relevant contact information may be shared so that access can be arranged.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where applicable. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how information has been handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
