Declan started plastering at sixteen and has been at it ever since — first working for other people, learning the trade properly on site, and eventually running his own jobs. DAP grew out of that: the same hands-on approach, just with the freedom to take on bigger work and bring in the trades it needs.
Plastering is still the core of it, and it is why the finish matters so much here. Once you have spent years being the person who has to make everyone else's work look right at the end, you get particular about the bits that show — the join between old and new, the corners, the reveals.
These days the work runs from a single room being re-skimmed through to extensions and full renovations. It is deliberately not a big firm. You speak to Declan, and Declan is on site.
